Dropbox Smart Workspace

 
 

A more integrated way of working between platforms, tools, and communication channels.

In this zero-to-one effort, I worked on a small team comprised of design and research leadership to pitch the vision and execution phases. Additionally, I acted as a consultant for our API integrations and capabilities.

Once staffed, I worked on the Smart Workspace initiative leading communication, client interactions, and membership. I worked closely with the engineering team to put together prototypes to test our proof of concept and I conducted user research with 10 recurring participants in weekly iterative rounds.
