Airbnb Co-Hosting Network allows property owners to hire local top-rated Hosts to assist with management tasks and offer services.

From our research, we learned that high quality Hosting requires a lot of knowledge about hospitality to create a great experience. A lot of property owners don’t have the time or knowledge on where to start. The goal of the Co-Hosting Network is “taking the work out of Hosting” as Brian Chesky, Airbnb CEO, likes to say.

I was a Senior Experience Designer on the Co-Hosting team alongside a talented team of designers, design managers, UX writing, DPM, TPM, engineers, PM, PMM, legal, and business operations.

We launched in Winter 2024. Currently, there are over 10,000 Co-Hosts across ten countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States).
